1 Using the Starter or a Starter Option to Hydrogen start the hydropowered engine.
2 With water and air pressure grating oxygen intakes from the grille to the engine reservoir and out through
the tail pipe.
3 A power button to the propellers from the electronic cell car powers on the propellers with water and
air pressure grating connected from the engine reservoir. The grille and tailpipe connections to the
propellers with water and air pressure grating provides oxygen intake (grille) and
oxygen outtake (tail pipe).
4 Select the mode hit the pedal or just enjoy the breeze with natural ventilation for air conditioning.

Pressure to the Propellers from the Reservoir has a steady Flow to keep the Spacecraft steady to Hover when in Flight. The Pedal widens the Airway to add Pressure when needed to Guide the Steering and for Altitude and Acceleration.
Our Hydrogen Reservoir has Water Pressure and also a Hydropowered Energy Current. Air Pressure Grating is used for an Exhaust System and Propellers. Photocatalysis can be switched on/off and connected to and supply Energy for other Components

The Blue Hydrogen Flame is near to Harmless but when It Evaporates It becomes a Blue Dust.
One thing about a Hydropowered Fuel Cell Vehicle is that the Hydrogen Tank has to have an Exhaust or the Fuel Cell can Generate enough Power in Containment and Explode as a Bomb.
A Hydropowered Vehicle Propeller can be Crafted to Travel in all Directions but still Hydropowered Propellers on the Bottom of a Spacecraft will keep it Level to one Side (upright).
With Mclain Hydropower Energy the Water is able to touch Metal to Power a Charge and supply Energy.
To Build the Mclain Hydropower Spacecraft it is mostly done by Welding the Components to a Hydropowered Reservoir and it is still a good Idea to conceal most of the Metal Parts. Especially when taking it up into Outer Space. Silicon and Rubber works well as a Ground for Safety.
I took the Refrigerator Spacecraft (RS) Up/Down but when I took it Up it was really close to the Beam barely out of the Path. I took the RS toward the Sun in an attempt to Inspect the Element around it. Wrong move.
Heat made the RS rattle disassembling it at times to where I could see out at Outer Space. Reversed toward Earth to complete the Mission. Breathing may be possible while close to Earth Atmosphere and I did not Float while Piloting either Spacecraft (w natural air ventilation).
One concern that I had about a Hydropowered Propeller is that the Suns Heat Wave was thought to have disrupted the Air outtake causing the Turbulence in the Rf-1 Malfunction but Air pressure around the nAv Dome rattled Rf-1 off Course. Heat against Hydrogen created more Air.
Hydropower also created an Environment in the empty space of the Void.
Space is a Void meaning it has no Environment. Natural Air Ventilation and a Fan created an Environment by circulating Air from the Fan and empty space of the Void into Oxygen.
But I am the one to Know being as though with African-American Spectators a Police Officer that helped Assemble the Vehicle and NASA that provided Material especially when I was the Astronaut. And little that only one of the 80’s Test Spectators knows is that before that Test I built the Vehicle Concept out of an old Refrigerator behind the Apartment Building where I lived by having the Panels cut by Local Black Handymen. I did not Voyage to a Planet during this Test but simply lifted the Spacecraft above the Earth and then back to the same Location. Days later the Spacecraft was supposedly inspected by Unknown Agents and the Artifact -Confiscated.
If I am not mistaken I could have sworn that a Pistachio floated toward and hit the Dome of the Refrigerator Spacecraft?
My Spacecraft was Built in less than a Week by Professionals so easy that it was also Built by Locals and has been in Outer Space Twice and on another Planet.
Though extremely powerful Hydropower is a lightly dense Energy because the clouded Wastewater was floating on top of clear Water and did not use more than an Ounce during the entire McHp #2 Mission (confirmed with the officer).
When Water evaporates in Air with a Hydropowered Charge (blue hydrogen flame) the Water then becomes a blue Hydrogen Dust (confirmed with firefighters).
